Birth Site of President Sergio Osmeña
Located at the corner of Lapulapu street and Osmeña boulevard near the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño, a national historical marker marks the place where a house used to stand where Sergio Osmeña was born. Osmeña was the second president of the Philippine commonwealth government.

This is at the corner of Lapulapu St and Osmena Blvd (formerly Jones Ave), a block away from the basilica minore. That red car is cruising along Osmena Blvd from the direction of Colon St moving towards the Plaza Indepencia. The DFA Cebu office is at the other side of the street
