Prudential Bank & Trust Co.
A pre-war commercial building located at the corner of D. Jakosalem street and Magallanes street. Formerly occupied by Prudential Bank & Trust Company, the building is now occupied by the Bank of the Philippines Islands after the latter bought and merged with the former.

The City must pass an ordinance that will require occupants of the downtown to build their buildings similar to this in lieu with the restoration project. Existing buildings must be remodelled to american period design.
